Lift pit cleaning & maintenance
DMS Mechanical offer lift pit cleaning and maintenance services across London and the South East. We can undertake this as either a one-off clean or as a regular scheduled maintenance service.
All DMS Mechanical engineers are EOR/202 qualified, meaning they can isolate and reinstate the lift, before and after the works have been undertaken, eradicating the need for additional lift engineers to be on site.
Over time debris and detritus can accumulate in lift pits, causing potential performance issues and making them unsanitary. Our engineers can undertake the following:
- Removal of contaminated water
- Removal of all dirt, grime and debris
- Sanitisation to eradicate bacteria
- Using industrial absorbents to dry out damp
- Installation of Sump pumps
